METHOD:

  1. ARRANGE SWEET POTATO PATTIES ON A BAKING SHEET.
  2. COMBINE PINEAPPLE, MARMALADE AND BROWN SUGAR IN A LARGE SKILLET; BRING TO A BOIL.
  3. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL REDUCED BY ONE-QUARTER.
  4. POUR HOT MIXTURE OVER PATTIES AND BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY. SERVE HOT.
