Anna Sweet Potatoes with Apples

  • 5 lbs Bright Harvest Petite Center Cut Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 lbs Red Apples
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Ginger
  • pinch Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 oz Butter

METHOD:

CORE AND CUBE APPLES. INTERMINGLE POTATOES AND APPLES AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET. MELT BUTTER, MIX IN SPICES AND POR OVER POTATOES. BAKE UNTIL TENDER. SERVE.
